This Seafood platter has got SOUL!

I’ve made a number of posts about this restaurant on my Instagram account (@dianemankartah) and I almost forgot to make a post about the food but good food leaves memories so I just couldn’t forget.

I ordered the mini seafood platter which comes with one side. The platter was good. I really enjoyed the octopus and the portion size had me thinking it was the large seafood platter all along. There wasn’t a lot of variety with the platter. It was mainly octopus, prawns and fish but it was very filling.

I also opted for a side of jollof which was pretty average.

The bartender recommended a pina colada and his “rattail” recipe.

The pina colada was a little underwhelming ( I hope this is not because I am holding them to higher standards since pina coladas are my to go cocktail option) however the rattail was a solid 8/10.

The service staff were attentive and helpful however my food took too long to get ready.

I understand that it is not a fast food restaurant but an hour and thirty minutes is just too long especially since I asked for what was available before ordering.
